Ed & Tony were amazing from start to finish. We drove 6 hours to Wales to pick up Asher and I am so glad we did. After my experience with BengalHeritage I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I first enquired in January and we were picking up our Asher by the end of February. As a first time cat owner I had many questions but BengalHeritage answered them all with their quick and informative responses.
During our wait to pick up Asher, we especially loved all the updates and videos sent. Ed & Tony were very professional also, providing us with all documents we needed e.g vet records, contract.
We were delighted upon meeting Ed & Tony - so welcoming and friendly. The moment we walked in it was clear BengalHeritage provided all the cats an environment to be happy and healthy in. We fell in love with Asher at first sight and Ed & Tony proceeded to give us any advice and information we asked for.
BengalHeritage went the extra mile to make our experience perfect. We were provided with food and litter samples which ensured Asher had the best start in his new home. We were really touched by the blanket Asher was given to bring to his new home which had the scent of his family - this was the cherry on top of the cake!
We have now had Asher a week and he has fit right into our little family. BengalHeritage did an excellent job of training Asher and handling him from a young age has made him a loving and sociable kitten.
Ed & Tony have kept in touch with us since collecting Asher which has shown us how much they care about the life each cat goes on to live. BengalHeritage we cannot thank you enough - I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

We recently bought a beautiful Bengal Silver Charcoal kitten from Ed and Tony at Bengalheritage Cats. They were amazing making sure that all her health care ,vaccines, etc were done. We had problems trying to get a courier on the day of delivery of our little girl, so Tony volunteerd his services and drove her down for us so we wouldn't be disappointed.

We just want to thank you both for our beautiful boy Oakley, from the moment we contacted you your response was first class with advice on picking our Bengal kitten and all the information you sent us to read on the breed. The photos and videos you sent us of Oakley made him more special and we fell in love with him long before we had him home and that’s why we traveled over 1,000 miles round trip to take him home to North East of Scotland.
